Dr. Léa Steinacker is a social scientist, entrepreneur, and bestselling author.
She is the Co-founder and Executive Chairwoman of ada Learning, a leadership academy for transformation in the age of AI, as well as a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Weleda AG and an AI advisory board member of Ringier AG. Until 2018, she was the Chief Innovation Officer of Wirtschaftswoche, Germany’s leadering business magazine.
In 2018, US magazine Forbes named her one of the “Top 30 Under 30” executives in the European media world. She holds degrees from Princeton University, Harvard University, and the University of St. Gallen, and her recent book on AI, co-authored with Prof. Dr. Miriam Meckel, became an instant national bestseller.
